definition due to high caloric burn;

practitioners, male, female or both.
Boxing works the body
as a whole, but some muscle groups like triceps, biceps, back, thighs, gluteus
and calves are over worked, so it is important to compensate less worked
muscles with weight lifting at least twice a week. Though this kind of boxing
does not prioritize combat, some details should be observed, such as a mouth
protector, gloves, helmet, the more contact, the more protection needed.
In boxing, you can
have contact, depending on the objective and type of training. The dynamism of
classes includes jump rope, punching sandbags (jabs, crosses, hooks), jogging,
abdominal exercises, and pushups, among others. Training can be individual, in
pairs or in groups. Punches are worked during the whole class, enhancing
coordination, rhythm, resistance, flexibility and cardio respiratory
conditioning, besides huge caloric loss. Results will show according to
dedication and discipline, like any other physical activity.
Don´t think this is a
man thing, female public has grown and is taking over, especially for the
reputation of burning calories and defining muscles.
So, don´t waste any
more time. If you are looking for a sport to relieve your daily tensions and
improve your quality of life in general, boxing is certainly a good
alternative.
