Respect the female power

Respect the female power

The differences in female and male behaviors have become more and more common in the past years.

When people say, for example, that men tend to avoid needy women, they might be right – but what we need to be able to see is that many men are also all needy in their relationships and most women don´t like it either. The same happens when we say men are after super-women. Yes, we all like being in the company of pretty babes, but the opposite is also true.

Up until some years ago it was believed ´Amelia´ was the perfect partner. She would cook and clean and look after the children all day – and her hubby would love her for it. Things have changed when it comes to that, though, and I gotta say guys enjoy having to fight for their ladies – meaning: if she is always ready to please him, what´s there to fight for?

Correct me if you think I´m wrong, but what we can say about that is that most men aren´t after that perfect wife anymore. That´s way too old-fashioned. We´re after a different kind of perfection these days. We´re after someone interesting, intelligent, someone who cares about herself, who has a good sense of humor, who respects us and is willing to try different things in bed. Us guys are scared with those women who only talk about the house and bills, who don´t have any friends because they´re too boring to keep them.

We´re after adventure – and if we can have it with someone we love, wow!

Of course there are still some of us who cannot stand female power. Some men are too insecure and would rather date someone they had control over than go out with someone who would please them both in bed and out of it. Yes, they´re still out there but in my opinion, these should quickly start changing the way they see things and start respecting women´s success.
