Our Bella Maria Melillo wasn´t one of the favorites in the beginning. Slowly but surely she conquered the hearts of Big Brother fans and is now in the final on the 11th edition of Big Brother Brazil.

Maria disputes the prize with two men: Wesley and Daniel, who are also well liked by the audience.

South Africa has gone beyond again! A new X Factor-style TV show has been launched in order to find two new porn stars – a man and a woman – until the end of the year.

The reality show, called Porn Stars, will select 100 finalists – among the more than 1000 who auditioned -, who will compete in August and October at sex exhibition fairs which will take place in the cities of Durban and Johannesburg.

For having a chance to win, they´ll have to perform different sexual acts live and do their best to gain public votes. Winners will land roles in adult magazine Hustler"s end-of-year adult film.

We wonder if we can still fill in the forms...

In addition to condoms here comes something new which promises to prevent DSTs transmitted through oral sex.

It is nothing but disposable panties (which they called OralSex, funnily enough) with a goal which goes beyond pleasure: the protection. Diseases like herpes, HPV, hepatitis and syphilis can be transmitted through the contact of the buccal mucosa with the skin.

. with 13% come the ladies who cannot stop talking about their ex. That´s boring, alright!

. nine percent of you told us that women who drink too much on the first date is really bad.

. tied with 4,1% of votes each were the ladies who talk too much and the ones who are too out there.

After reading an interesting post on Spike website, we thought it would be a nice idea to share some of it here with you: you´re about to know some of the strangest sexual phobias ever.


Medomalacuphobia, the fear of losing an erection, is one of them. The symptoms, according to medical science, include breathlessness, excessive sweating, nausea, dry mouth, shaking, feeling sick, heart palpitations inability to think or speak clearly, a fear of dying, sensation of detachment from reality and even an anxiety attack.

Some people are afraid of bring nude, especially in front of other people. That phobia is called gymnophobia and the ones who suffer from it also don´t like seeing other people naked. Apparently they feel physically inferior when they have no clothes on and the phobia also causes the sensation of being too exposed and unprotected.

Eurotophobia. For straight men, this might be one of the worse phobias ever! It´s the fear of female’s sex organs and it can be either triggered by something out of the blue or it could always be there. People who suffer from eurotophobia have feelings of dread, a rapid heartbeat, tunnel vision and anxiety.

The fear of kissing is called philemaphobia and may be caused by a traumatic experience or from a fear of bad breath or the possible transmission of germs when we kiss.

Some people are afraid of talking about the subject: sex. This phobia is named erotophobia and the ones who suffer from it are likely to react negatively when they get in touch with explicit sex material, like magazines, websites and even books which deal with the subject.

Other people can´t stand having sex in en-closured spaces and that could be seen as normal if it happened once in a while. We get it: people like to spice things up a bit sometimes and that´s okay. We all do it. But the things is: some of us really cannot stand having intercourse indoors and that phobia is called sexual claustrophobia. Pretty straightforward, huh?

Parthenophobia is the fear of virgins or young girls. The ones who suffer from it probably had a terrible time through high school and some of the symptoms include panic attacks and severe anxiety for just being close to virgins.

Her name is Daniele Balas, she is 23 and works as a personal trainer. In the pictures which show her by the pool, she proves how important exercising is and tells us that it was hard to feel comfortable at first, ´but things got better and better with time´.

When I was a little boy I never thought the Playboys I hid under the bed would have taught me so much. It was as if those pictures could hypnotize me. Little did I know it was a learning process – besides being something pleasurable, obviously.

In 2000 I was invited to direct a weekly TV show, something I´d never done in my life. As I had some free time, I thought it could be a nice idea, so I went for it. With the success of the show, producers told me maybe I should bring some models to it. That worked well and it was when I decided I would bring the show into the internet – which was still quite a new technology in Brazil at the time.

In February 2001 BellaClub went online for the first time. We were the second Brazilian website working with sexy photo shoots and we grew continuously and quickly.

It all started with photographer Pedro Todorovic. I still remember the first model, the first photo shoot, the Sony Mavica digital camera – which had just been released and used to save all the data in floppy disks. We used this same camera for filming. Everything was simple and economic. By the way, the only thing I haven´t done in BellaClub was IT. I´ve done all the rest, even makeup retouches.

I also remember the first time a model felt more comfortable in front of the cameras and wanted to take her clothes off – which was a problem, because at the time we used to do sexy shootings, but no naked chicks. She almost gave us all a heart attack, all the team was nervous.

At the time we could count on many people free of charge, which was the case of photographer Pedro Todorovic, makeup artist Robson, Cirio Sens, Cris Peccin, Julio de Leon, among others.

After that other professionals started working for us, like Walmor de Oliveira, Marcos Muniz, Leila Scheer, Romulo Rosa, Mariana Goulart, Sidney Kair... And the team at the office, too: Felipe Volpato, Marina Carioni, Thiago Luz, Marcelo Pereira, Rod, Junae, Jana Meneghel, Sonia, Luana Neves, Fernanda... 

The site has changed a lot – for the better – and so have its team. Nowadays we need from 7 to 15 people to work on a photo shoot. Our equipment is modern and consumes about 150GB of information per model.

For these past ten years, we have photographed over 400 models, we got rid of more than 3.000 underpants and 3.000 bras, and accumulated over 4 million pictures and 1.000 hours of filming - all that with lots of laughing, work, troubles, parties, trips, business and contracts.

The site was first opened in Brazil and is now in Portugal, US, England and Mexico. Our content is sent to mobiles from over 90 different countries and for TV in about 130 places.

Wow, that´s a lot of work!

We have had many famous models posing for us, but BellaClub´s characteristic is discovering new faces and talents before the competition. That is why we have decided that we would be different from the others and bring a new face for our ten-year anniversary. 

Ten years have passed and we are proud of our work, and of our visitors and followers, who are always helping us with tips, opinions and even telling us off sometimes.

. Since when do you work for BellaClub? I´ve been working for BellaClub since the beginning, so it´s been ten years.
 
. How was your start in BellaClub? I am probably the member who´s been in the team for the longest period. I believe the one who might have been working for BellaClub as long as I have is make-up artist Marcos Muniz. We started way before the website itself, we used to work with director Alexandre Peccin in his previous business, which was a TV show.

After some time on air he thought it would be a good idea to bring it to the internet, and that was how the site was born. I did my first photo shoots and at the time we were still trying to define our style.
 

. Have you any favorite photo shoots? Nah, it´s impossible to pick one. As I´ve been in the team for a long time, it´s easier to think in phases. In the beginning we worked really hard to build our name and open a few important doors. After that we all had to be in sync so the final product was spectacular. I think we made it.
 
It´s awesome to see how the site developed. People used to comment on our work and would tell us how much they liked it – which made us realise we were on the right track. For the past years the internet has changed a lot and videos gained importance, that is why we´ve been producing more, with quality and responsibility.


. Tell us something curious about your job for BellaClub. The most curious fact happens every week, when people ask me what I do for a living. They find it different and interesting, people are always curious about what happens on the set. It´s normal for us, but for those who aren´t in this field, it´s something very exciting.


. Which is the hardest thing in this profession?  It´s always having to photograph amazingly, taking into consideration that sometimes things aren´t the way you´d like them to be. Models can be tired, location might not be perfect, maybe you´re not in a good day... among other things. So we need to know how to go through these problems and make the best out of what we have available.

 
. BellaClub is 10 years old this February. Would you like to say anything to its fans, members and team? Working for BellaClub is fantastic – especially for its team members, many of whom became good friends of mine. I hope I can always transmit, through my camera, something unique, sexy and beautiful.

I am proud to say that BellaClub is part of my career.
